Bach Stradivarius 180SL25 Large-Bore Trumpet!

One of several professional trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a Bach Stradivarius 180L25 large-bore Bb trumpet in silver plate. This is not the right choice for your student's first professional horn, and it is not for the faint of heart: The large bore combined with the 25 bell gives it an open feel with a huge tone with lots of projection that will cut right through any ensemble, but is gonna take a lot of air and excellent breath support compared to a standard 37. It is in excellent condition: silver about 95% with some wear mostly on the valve casings, and almost completely covered by the included ProTec leather valve guard.  I hate to use phrases like “near-perfect,” but other than the wear, I can find no dings, dents, or any other blemishes.  It has been exceptionally well cared for. Just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had all new tuning slide O-rings, water key cork and stop rod bumper installed. All tuning slides are free including the third-valve dump slide. Valves appear to have very little use at all, and are fast and smooth with no issues and excellent compression. Includes a Bach 7C mouthpiece.  I put this in a Yamaha double case with room for your 37 or C trumpet, but if you prefer something else (or no case at all) please reach out.  The perfect instrument for solo and lead work, or any venue where you need to be heard! A hard-to-find horn, and just in time for marching band!
