Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ B40 Mouthpiece, Cork Overhaul

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Buffet Crampon R13 clarinet in Bb.  S/n 330XXX puts this one at 1990.  It is in exceptional condition:  Wood is a very nice billet of grenadilla with a tight, straight grain and no chips, cracks, or repairs.  Tenons are square with no wobble between joints.  Silver plate rather than nickel is a $460 upgrade, and is about 99.9% with little if any wear at all.  Just through the shop where it was bore oiled, polished, and had all new pads installed:  the lower in a combination of Ferrees B17 de’Jur double bladder, pressed felt pads and Ferree’s premium cork, and the upper in cork.  One tenon cork replaced.  Plays delightfully across all registers.  Includes a Vandoren B40 mouthpiece, a hard-to-find Vandoren Master’s black ligature, adjustment screwdriver, two Vandoren 2.5 reeds, a reed-sanding plate, Yamaha polishing cloth, new SuperSlick chamois swab, and silver plated Buffet mouthpiece cap.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped.  All in the Buffet pochette case with a zippered cover.  Currently $4,492 at WWBW, plus all the extras, so snatch up this up before Christmas and save almost $2,500!
