F. Loree Full Conservatory Oboe W/ New KACES Bag!

One of several professional oboes we are offering for sale.  This is an F. Loree full-conservatory model.  It is in excellent condition:  body is a nice billet of well-aged grenadilla with a tight, straight grain and no chips, cracks, pins, repairs or bore damage.  Silver plating about 99.9% with little if any wear at all.  It looks as if it’s had very little playing time at all.  Just cleaned and polished, cork pads throughout, not new, but all in good condition and sealing well, and just through the shop where it had a couple replaced and was regulated and brought into exceptional playing condition.  Will play delightfully on pickup, may need very minor adjustment after shipping.  Tenon corks are tight, metal tenon caps to prevent cracking.  Serial number DTxx makes this a desirable 1976 vintage horn.  Key oil and cork grease are not included, but it does include a new ProTec microfiber cloth and new silk swab.  Comes in the slim pochette case and a brand new Kaces cover which gives you lots of padding, weather resistance, storage, shoulder strap, extra protection, and swag!  Includes all the standard keywork, including the low Bb vent, F-resonance key, C# trill, and all-important left F key.  Almost impossible to find in this condition, and more than $5,500 less than brand new!
