Fox Renard Protégé Model 333 oboe for sale!  This is an exceptional, intermediate instruments with a few more keys than a typical beginner oboe, including the low Bb, F-resonance key, and the all-important Left F, which is missing on most of the 333’s you may be looking at.  It is in exceptional condition:  plating about 100% with no noticeable wear at all, no cracks or bore damage.  We decided not to do a full overhaul (and increase the price accordingly) because the pads on this are already in excellent condition, and you probably just put half your oboe budget into your home heating fuel for the winter.  We did regulate it and bring it up into good playing condition, with the caveat that oboes hate FedEx trucks and bumpy roads, and often need minor tweaking after shipping.  Includes both upper and lower silk swabs and two reeds.  Cork grease is for local pickup only.  Hard case in excellent condition.  Sells new for $3,800, so snatch this one up, and save more than $2,000!
