Incredibly Nice Bach Stradivarius 180S37 Trumpet!

Probably the nicest of all the professional trumpets we are offering for sale.  This is a Bach Stradivarius model 180S37 Bb horn in silver. S/n 503XXX is far too new for the published lists, but it is likely around 2005 or so, and looks even newer:  silver plate about 99.9% with no wear, dents or dings that I can find at all.  I hate to use the word “perfect,” but you’d have to be looking with a magnifying glass to find something worse than my fingerprint on it.  Valves are fabulous with little to no wear at all and excellent compression.  Note that this horn is oiled with SYNTHETIC valve oil, and you must use the same or thoroughly clean the pistons and casings before using a petroleum-based product.  All tuning slides are free including the third-valve dump slide.  Just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, lubed, polished, and had new tuning slide O-rings, water key cork, valve felts, and stop rod bumper installed.  Includes a bag anti-tarnish (?) bag, Bach 5C and Bach 7C mouthpieces, and a new ProTec slim profile straight mute.  All in an exceptional Bach hard case.  Likely the newest and nicest Strad you’ll find on the used market—currently selling new for $3,413—and just in time for a new school year!
