Silver Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W. Vandoren Optimum Ligature

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Buffet Crampon R13 Bb clarinet in silver plate, which is a $520 upgrade from nickel.  S/n  4088XX is too new for the published lists, but it should be 1995 or 1996.  It is in exceptional condition:  Wood is a nice, tight, grain with no chips, cracks, or repairs and square tenons with no wobble between joints; silver plating is about  99.5% with no significant wear.  Just through the shop where it was bore oiled and had all new pads installed—Ferree’s premium cork on the upper, and Ferree’s B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed-felt pads on the lower.  Please with an even response and warm, mellow tone across the entire instrument.  Cork grease is for local pickup only.  Includes a great-playing mouthpiece with “ML” and “M” hand-inscribed on it.  I’m not sure of the maker, but it appears to be a high-quality bit of mouthpiece, perhaps hand-faced by someone I’m too lazy to research.  Also includes a Vandoren Optimum ligature with one pressure plate, and Vandoren cap.  All in the slim pouchette case.  Sells new for $4,493, so save more than two grand, and snatch this one up!
