Yamaha Xeno II 8335UGII Trumpet For Sale!

Yamaha Xeno II YTR-8335UGII Bb professional trumpet. S/n 301XXX. Unlike some other Xenos you might see around, this one has the gold brass bell which is a lot warmer and broader than the more common yellow brass. This horn is a two-tone brass lacquer and nickel. The left side had some kind of coating I can’t identify on it—maybe a spray-on lacquer? It came off the bell very easily with some metal polish, and in the right light you can see the line where the old and new meet. Likely the valve casings would look the same if you polished them as well, but I just left it as it is since it looks great, regardless. There are no major dents, but a couple small dings on 2nd valve slide and bell bow as seen in the photos. Functionally, the trumpet is one of the best-playing horns we have for sale right now. The valves look it was hardly played at all, and still have nearly-new compression. All tuning slides free. Excellent projection and an easily accessible upper register, open-feeling and responsive as one would expect from a second-generation Xeno. New tuning slide O-rings, water key corks, and piston felts. Includes a Bach 3C mouthpiece. Al Cass valve oil and tuning slide grease for local pickup only.
