Frequently Asked Questions

WHY "ASHANTEE?"

"Ashantee" (pronounced "ASH-en-tee") was the original name of a tiny hamlet in upstate New York where Nathan's parents owned The Old Creamery Bookshop And Emporium. Our shop was named in honor of them, their long hours of labor to feed eight children, and the many lessons I learned under their care.

Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.
