1983 Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Vandoren B40 Mouthpiece!

One of our least expensive Buffet Crampon R13 Bb clarinets!  This is s/n 2451XX, roughly 1983.  It is in very good condition:  wood has one crack in the upper joint that was sealed and pinned years ago, but no other chips, cracks or repairs.  Nickel plated with very light wear at the tips of some of the keys.  Just through the shop where it was cleaned, bore oiled, polished, and had a traditional-style repad using Ferree’s B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed felt pads. Plays extremely well across all registers with a dark, full tone, good projections, and even keywork. Includes a Vandoren B40 mouthpiece, Rovner inverted ligature, and screwdriver.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped.  All in the slim pouchette case with a zippered case cover.  A great horn from a great period, and at about $2,000 less than brand new!
