2006 Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Cavallaro Case Cover!

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Buffet Crampon R13 in Bb.  S/n 558XXX is too new for the published lists, but is from 2006.  It is in exceptional condition:  no chips cracks or repairs, good tenons with no wobble between joints, and nickel plating near perfect with little if any wear at all.  It is a gorgeous horn with nice, crisp logos as you can see in the photos.  Best of all, it has just been through the shop where it was bore oiled and had all new Valentino Master’s Series synthetic pads installed—one of the quietest, longest-lasting pads available.  Plays with a nice, soft feel to the keywork, and a dark tone with a big core of sound and excellent projection.  Key oil and cork grease are for local pickup only, but it does include an adjustable thumb rest, Buffet swab, cap, mouthpiece and ligature, new ProTec microfiber cloth, and a Buffet key clip to keep your lower pads properly seated for storage so that it plays correctly right out of the case.  Comes in the deluxe, leather attache case with gold hardware, but one of the latches has been broken (looks like someone lost their key!) while the other one works fine, and the entire thing is further protected by the Buffet zippered, padded case cover—made by Jean Cavallaro, and itself another $190.  (We could also trade both for a new ProTec or Kaces case if you’d rather.)  One of the newest and nicest R13’s we have at the moment in about the nicest condition imaginable, and more than $2,000 less than new!
