Bach Stradivarius LR180S43G Trumpet W/ Gold Brass Bell

One of several Bach Stradivarius trumpets we are offering for sale, and almost a twin to the LR180S43 we're about to list! This one is an LR180S43G Bb horn in silver. It has the reversed #25 lead pipe for decreased resistance and better control, the lightweight body which makes it lively and responsive, and a hard-to-find the 43G gold brass bell for a super warm, rich tone with a great depth of color compared to the standard 37 model. It’s a great combination for a versatile horn which really comes alive in a variety of venues. S/n 565XXX makes it roughly 2003, and it’s in excellent condition:  plating about 99% with just a couple of very tiny spots of wear that you have to really go looking for, and light scratching and other tiny imperfections left over from past dent removals—but again, you've gotta be looking for them to really notice. As you can see in the photos, it's a gorgeous horn. Unlike most of the Strads you may be looking at, this one is just through the shop in September, 2026 where it was disassembled, chem cleaned, lubed, polished and had all new tuning slide O-rings, stop rod bumper, and water key cork and piston felts installed. All tuning slides are free including the third-valve dump slide. Valves are fast and smooth and show very little use at all. Compression is great. Includes gold-plated top caps, stop rod, finger buttons and bottom caps—almost $400 in upgrades! Valve oil and slide grease are for local pickup only, but it does include a Bach 5C mouthpiece, new ProTec microfiber cloth, and a tuning fork. All in the Bach Strad zippered case in good condition except for the left zipper being off track, but the right zipper goes all the way around to fully zip the case closed.  An exceptional horn that does just about everything well. A ridiculously hard-to-find horn that you'd have to special order and will never find for sale on the used market, and about $2,000 less than new!
