Bach TR200S Silver Bb Trumpet--Near Perfect!
The nicest intermediate trumpet we are offering for sale! This is a Bach TR200S Bb trumpet in silver plate. It is about as close to a Stradivarius as Bach ever made, using the same bore and same valve block, with the biggest difference being the two-piece rather than one-piece bell. It is almost exactly the same as the original Bach Omega, and this one even has the nice Omega engraving on the bell, which many 200's do not have. S/n 752XXX is far too new for the published lists, but should be around 2017 or so. It is in exceptional condition: silver about 99.9% with little if any wear at all, and no dents, dings or imperfections unless you're looking super hard—if it has any at all. I hate to use terms like “mint” or “perfect,” but this horn is about as close as it comes to immaculate. Best of all, it is just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed and polished. Water key corks, valve felts, and tuning slide O-rings installed are all in nearly-new condition and didn't need replacing. It looks, bluntly, as if it was hardly played. All tuning slides are free, valves are fast and smooth, compression is excellent. Valve oil and slide grease are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include Bach 7C and 5C mouthpieces, a Humes & Berg Stonelined straight mute, new ProTec microfiber cloth, valve and mouthpiece brushes, and leather valve guard. All in the original Bach hard case which is itself in near perfect condition. A great intermediate horn for your advanced student without spending two grand on a used Strad—perfect for marching band, the newest and nicest you'll find online, and just in time for a new season!
