Buffet Crampon E11 Clarinet W/ R13 Barrel, Vandoren 5RV

One of several intermediate and professional clarinets we are offering for sale. This is a Buffet Crampon E11 intermediate wood clarinet in Bb. It is in exceptional condition:  wood body has no chips, cracks, or repairs and tenons are nice and square with no wobble between joints. Nickel plating about 99.9% with little if any wear at all. While we usually overhaul all our clarinets prior to selling, the pads on this one are already in marvelous condition—nearly white with little signs of use and apparently completely overhauled not long ago. Just through our shop where it had some very minor adjustments and brought up into excellent playing condition. Includes adjustable thumb rest. Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a lot of extras:  swab, ReedGard reed holder with three reeds, upgraded Vandoren 5RV mouthpiece, and a Rovner inverted ligature. Best of all, this one comes with an R13 B 660 barrel—the actual barrel from a French-made, professional R13 clarinet. (If you look at our other listings, you’ll see that we have these for sale separately for $250-300.) Between the upgraded mouthpiece, ligature and barrel, this E11 was obviously used by a very serious student or as a backup instrument for a professional. All in a solid hard case which is itself in very good condition. The most popular step-up clarinet for decades, and the nicest you’ll find available with about $400 of extras!
