Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet In Silver Plate

One of the nicest professional clarinets we are offering for sale. This is a Buffet crampon R13 clarinet in Bb.  S/n 426XXX is too new for the published lists, but is 1996-1997.  It is in exceptional condition:  wood had a small chip on the outside edge of the upper tenon which was just cosmetic to begin with and was repaired so nicely that you probably still won't be able to find it. No other chips, cracks or repairs.  Tenons are square with no wobble between joints. Silver plated rather than nickel (a $330 upgrade and much harder to find on the used market) about 99.5% intact with little if any wear at all.  Just through the shop where it was bore oiled and repadded in Valentino Master's Series synthetic pads--one of the quietest and longest-lasting pads available.  Plays delightfully across all registers with excellent intonation and a huge, dark tone.  Key oil and cork grease are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new ProTec microfiber cloth, new SuperSlick chamois swab, Lavoz ReedGard, and vintage reed trimmer.   All in the slimline Buffet pochette case with a hard-to-find zippered case cover--both also in excellent condition. One of the newest and nicest Buffet's you'll find at almost $2,500 less than new, and just in time for a new school year!
