Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Ferree's Cork Overhaul

One of the least expensive Buffet Crampon R13 clarinets we are offering for sale. S/n 431XXX is too new for the published lists, but is 1997 or 1998.  Nickel plating about 99.5% with just a very tiny bit of wear.  This one is just through the shop where it was bore oiled, had all new tenon corks installed, and was repadded with Ferree’s B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed-felt pads on the lower and Ferree’s premium cork on the upper. The middle tenon is somewhat rounded off, so we did not bevel the middle cork to keep the joints from wiggling.  Plays very nicely across the entire instrument with in-tune octaves, little resistance and a warm, full tone.  Selling for hundreds less than our similar R13’s due to a cracked and repaired bell which is visible on the inside but very hard to see on the outside.  Leblanc bore oiling kit is for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a Vandoren B45 mouthpiece, Rovner inverted ligature and cap, and a new ProTec microfiber cloth.  All in the deluxe, brown leather attache case with gold hardware in good condition with just normal external wear.  A great first pro clarinet at more than $2,500 less than new!
