Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Grabner Bell, Deg Barrel, B45!

One of several Buffet Crampon clarinets we are offering for sale. This one is an R13 Bb horn, s/n 2416XX, 1983.  It is in excellent condition:  wood is a great billet of grenadilla with a nice, tight, grain as expected from an 80’s Buffet, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.Plating has just a very little bit of wear as seen in the photos.  Just through the shop about a year ago where it was cleaned, bore oiled, polished, had all three tenon corks replaced, and had all new Ferrees B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed-felt pads installed.  Then it fell behind a shelf, and we just found it again during our year-end inventory. It is unplayed since the overhaul, and just re-adjusted and play-test. Plays very well with an open, full tone and good intonation across the entire instrument.  Includes a Walter Grabner bell which greatly improves focus and projection, a collectible DEG Accubore M66 ribbed barrel, a Vandoren B45 mouthpiece, and a Buffet ligature and cap.  Note that we also have hundreds of bells, barrels, and mouthpieces for sale separately, so please reach out if you have something in mind. Cork grease is for local pickup only and will not be shipped.  All in the original Buffet pochette case in a hard-to-find burgundy color with just moderate wear.  A great-playing R13 with some fun upgrades, and perfect for your advancing student!
