Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Synthetic Pads

One of the least expensive Buffet Crampon R13’s we are offering for sale. This is a Bb instrument in nickel plate. S/n 393XXX makes it roughly 1994. It is in very good condition:  the upper joint has a hairline crack that was professionally sealed and pinned at some time by the prior owner, and should never be a problem. No other cracks or chips. Tenons are square with no wobble between joints. Plating about 99% with just a very little wear starting but still polishing up to be a bright and shiny instrument. While we usually overhaul all our clarinets, this one obviously had a recent, high-grade overhaul with long-lasting synthetic pads, tech cork, etc. All pads are in excellent condition and sealing perfectly. It needed very little in our shop other than bore oiling and very minor adjustment to get it up into perfect playing condition. Plays very well from top to bottom with a light touch, little resistance, and well-balanced tone. Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only, but it does include a Buffet swab, cleaning paper, a new ProTec microfiber cloth, adjustable thumb rest, and the deluxe, leather attache case which is itself in amazing condition. A great-playing, professional clarinet which is perfect for your advancing student at hundreds less than most of our other R13’s!
