Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet W/ Vandoren B45 Mouthpiece

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Buffet Crampon R13 Bb clarinet in nickel. S/n 434XXX is far too new for the published lists, but is from 1997.  It is in excellent condition:  plating about 99.5% with little if any wear at all.  No cracks, chips, or repairs, and tenons are still nice and tight with no wobble between joints.  Just through the shop where it was disassembled, cleaned, bore oiled, hand polished, lubed and repadded with all new Valentino Master’s Series synthetic pads—one of the quietest and longest-lasting pads available.  Plays very nicely across the entire instrument with even intonation and an open, free-blowing feel.  Key oil and cork grease are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new ProTec microfiber cloth, swab, new Vandoren 3.5 reed, Vandore B45 mouthpiece with Rovner inverted leather ligature and cap, and an adjustable thumb rest.  All in Buffet’s deluxe, leather attache case with gold hardware.  An exceptional, newer, overhauled instrument at more than $2,000 less than brand new!
