Buffet Crampon R13 Clarinet W/ Valentino Overhaul, New Case

One of the least expensive Buffet R13 clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Bb R13 in nickel plate.  S/n 310XXX makes it a 1988.  It is in excellent playing condition, with a repaired crack through the register area as shown in the photos—hard to see, pinned and sealed very nicely and will never be an issue.  Plating about 95% with a little wear as seen in the photos, but still polished up to be bright and shiny.  On the happy side, it was just through the shop in October of 2025 where it was disassembled, cleaned, bore oiled, polished, lubed, new tenon corks installed, and repadded with all new Valentino Master’s Series pads—one of the quietest and longest-lasting pads available.  Plays very well with a big, punch tone and huge projection—a bit brighter than some of our other R13’s.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a Vandoren B45 mouthpiece, Rovner 1R inverted leather ligature, new ProTec microfiber cloth, and a new SuperSlick chamois swab.  All in a brand new Kaces zippered case with backpack straps and external pocket. (We may have this available in other colors if purple isn’t your thing!)  A great-playing horn at hundreds less than our other R13’s, and about $3,000 less than new!
