Buffet Crampon R13A Clarinet! Silver Plate, Serviced, Gorgeous!

One of several Buffet Crampon clarinets we are offering for sale. This is an R13A (key of A) clarinet. It is in excellent condition:  no chips, cracks or repairs to the wood, silver plate about 99.9% with little if any wear at all.  Note that this is silver plated rather than nickel—a $250 upgrade, and much harder to find.  Pads are all in excellent condition and we saw no need to completely overhaul this, but it did just go through the shop where it was bore oiled, adjusted, and had one new tenon cork installed.  A great-playing A—big and open with a very dark tone and excellent intonation across the entire instrument.  Comes in the deluxe leather attaché case with gold hardware—technically a Bb case which was cut a little big, and accommodates the A with no problem.  (We also have lots of double cases available if you prefer.)  S/n 425XXX is far too new for the published lists, but it should be 1995 or 1996.  One of the newest and nicest Buffet A clarinets you’ll find on the used market, and at more than $2,000 less than brand new!
