Conn 52B Connstellation Silver Trumpet

Conn 52B silver Bb trumpet for sale!  This is Conn’s new incarnation of the Connstellation:  large 0.462” bore, reversed leadpipe, single-radius tuning slide, yellow brass bell.  It is in excellent condition:  silver plate around 99.5% with just very tiny and very few hard-to-find dings.  I left it uncleaned and unpolished because I really like the vintage look it has right now, and I was scared I’d lose that with a chem clean or ultrasonic clean.  Originally with modular valve caps, but this one has only the heavy caps on it, which improve the focus and projection even more.  Valves are lightning fast and quiet, excellent compressional, all tuning slides free including the third-valve dump slide.  Comes in a lightweight but solid Giardinelli case with shoulder strap and minor wear.  Also includes a K&M in-bell stand, silver polishing cloth, and mouthpiece.  If you are local, it includes valve oil and tuning slide grease, but these can’t be shipped due to postal regulations.  An open horn with a big sound and tons of projection, perfect for jazz or marching band, or anywhere you need lots of power.  Hard to find used, so snatch this one up before the Christmas rush!
