Gemeinhardt Solid Silver High-End Piccolo

One of several instruments we are offering for sale.  This is a Gemeinhardt CSS (4SS) piccolo.  It was one of Gemeinhardt’s higher-end instruments, featuring solid silver head joint, body, posts and keys, conical bore, white gold springs and soldered tone holes.  It is in exceptional condition:  minor scratches and imperfection but no dents or repairs, and all new pads installed in March of 2025.  Will play perfectly on pickup, may need very minor adjustments if you're having it shipped, depending on how many potholes the truck driver hits. Includes the slim, French-style case which is also in excellent condition.  This was renamed later the 4SS with a retail price of about $2,650.  So . . . snatch up this one from the American-made, handmade era, and save more than $1,000!
