Getzen Eterna 896S 4-Valve Silver Flugelhorn!

One of the nicest flugelhorns we have in stock! This is a Getzen Eterna 896S four-valve, Bb, professional flugelhorn in silver. It is in excellent condition: silver about 95% with some wear mostly on the right side of the fourth valve casing behind a bunch of tubing where it's difficult to see.  A very few, very tiny dings and imperfections which are mostly and hard even to capture well in the photos. It is a great-looking horn as seen in the photos. This site limits photos, but more are available on eBay--though it's more expensive there. Best of all, it is just through the shop where it was disassembled, chem cleaned, hand-polished, lubed, and had new piston felts installed.  All tuning slides are free, valves are fast and quiet with almost no wear at all and excellent compression. 0.460” bore, 6.5” yellow brass bell, nickel silver valve pistons. Amado water keys for decreased resistance and improved responsiveness. Plays all smooth and buttery with a gorgeous, mellow tone. Similar to the more common 895, but that fourth valve helps fine-tune notes similar to a trigger, and also lets you play lower and gives you lots of alternate fingerings. No mouthpiece included, but we have dozens for sale separately.  Comes in the original Getzen trumpet/flugel combo case. One of the best-playing, most flexible flugelhorns you will find on the used market, perfect for trumpet doublers, and getting harder to find!
