Getzen Eterna Bb/A Silver 4-Valve Piccolo Trumpet--Customized!

One of several piccolo trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a Getzen Eterna 940S 4-valve Bb/A picc in silver. It is in very good condition: plating about 99% with one extremely tiny ding in the bell which is barely visible in the photos, some light scratches and small spots of solder bleed, but just a little bit of actual wear tucked away in various nooks and crannies.  
 
This horn was obviously a pro player’s main picc.  It came to us with several customizations and two Blackburn Louisville lead pipes which are listed separately.  Customizations include some ferrules installed on two of the tuning slides perhaps to lock in the best in-tune position, an extra brace near the third valve, removal of a brace from the third-valve slide, standard rather than Amado water keys, and a leadpipe which Pickett just confirmed is one of their Blackburn pipes.  We’ve included four brand-new Allied leadpipes with this—two each of Bb and A in cornet and trumpet shanks to give you lots of flexibility in mouthpiece selections.  (And we have several hundred of those for sale as well!)  
 
Just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, and polished, and had new water key corks installed.  All tuning slides are free, valves are fast and smooth and quiet with very little wear at all. All in the original case which is itself in excellent condition.  If you don’t need the case, or prefer a double or triple case, please contact us directly.  A great, pro piccolo without spending more than two grand on a Yamaha or Kanstul, though we have those as well!
