Inexpensive Buffet Crampon R13 Clarinet W/ Cork Overhaul!

One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale.  This is a Buffet Crampon R13 Bb clarinet.  S/n 205XXX makes this a vintage 1980 horn.  One of the least expensive professional clarinets we are offering due simply to the upper joint having been cracked and professionally repaired—done so well that the prior owner didn’t even know, and affects nothing other than lowering the price several hundred dollars for you.  We're limited on photos on this site, but you can see more on eBay and Reverb, though the price is a bit more there. Tenons are square with no wobble between joints. Silver plating about 99.5% with little if any wear at all, and note that silver is a $542 upgrade and much harder to find on the used market.  Just through the shop where it was bore oiled and repadded with Ferree's premium cork and Ferree’s B17 de’Jur double-bladder, pressed felt keys on both joints.  Plays very nicely with a crisp feel to the key work and a dark, full tone.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include the new ProTec microfiber clothe and the new SuperSlick chamois swab.  All in the slim pochette case with zippered case cover.  Currently selling at WWBW for $4,768, so save more than $3,000, and get the perfect instrument for your advancing student!
