Linton 7K Vivatone Bassoon W/ High D, Whisper Key Lock

We’ve had a run on bassoons, and this is our last one at the moment.  Linton 7K (Vivatone.)  This is the highest of all the intermediate Lintons, with a few extra keys, ten rollers, range to high D, and whisper key lock. It is in excellent condition:  no chips, cracks, or repairs, plating about 95% with just very minor wear.  The cap has very small engraving of a school name.  Unlike most bassoons you’re looking at online, this one is just through the shop where it was completely disassembled, cleaned, polished, tenons restrung, butt cork replaced, U-tube lubricated, and had all new white kid leather pads installed.  Plays very nicely across the entire instrument.  Includes a V1 bocal, palm rest, strap, and swab.  Comes in the original case with normal wear but structurally sound.  The perfect American-made instrument for a high school program (we do accept purchase orders) or an advancing student needing something better than their rental or the beater they borrowed from the school.
