Beautiful Rigoutat full-conservatory oboe! S/n 216BB, classic bore. Just had a full restoration by Kelly Ramsey-Rega of Ramsey Oboes—one of the most highly-recommended double reed specialists recommended by IDRS.  Cleaned, bore oiled, tone holes finished, all new cork pads and tenon corks, polished, lubed, adjusted.  There was a short surface crack in the usual place near the trills which did not go through to the bore, and which she repaired so nicely that I can't find it even knowing it was there. Reed well was slightly worn and is sleeved with teflon so you don't have to tape your reed staples. Very minor wear to the silver plating. Comes in a nice Buffet Crampon case with case cover. All the important keywork: Third octave key, left-F, split D, F-resonance, low Bb resonance, banana key, trills. An amazing pro oboe in amazing condition restored by an amazing tech, so . . . snatch it up before someone else does, and at less than half the cost of new!
