Vintage 1959 Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet

One of the earliest Buffet Crampon R13 clarinets we are offering for sale!  This one is s/n 619XX, 1959, in Bb.  It is in excellent condition:  no chips, cracks, or repairs to the body, and the tenons are still nice and square with no wobble between joints, which is unusual for early Buffets.  Nickel-silver (not plated) keys which has no plating to wear off.  Just through the shop where it was completely disassembled, cleaned, bore oiled, polished, lubed, had new tenon corks installed, and all new Allied 460 premium pads.  Plays very nicely across all registers with a bold, dark tone and open feel as is typical of these early horns.  Includes a Vandoren B45 mouthpiece, HB France ligature, cap, and new ProTec microfiber cloth.  Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped.  All in a period R13 case with a new replacement handle.  A great vintage R13 in about the nicest condition you could find, and at more than $2,500 less than new!
