Vintage A Clarinet W/ Valentino Master's Overhaul!

One of several intermediate and professional clarinets we are offering for sale. This is a German-made low-pitch wooden clarinet in the key of A. It is in excellent condition:  wood is nice, aged grenadilla with a hairline crack in the bell which is repaired both inside and out and practically invisible from the outside as seen in the photos, and a short, repaired crack in the barrel which is exterior only and does not go through to the bore. No other cracks, chips, pins or repairs. Tenons are still square with no wobble between joints. Keys shine up quite nicely with little wear at all.  This site limits photos, but additional are available on eBay, though it's more expensive there. Just through the shop where it was disassembled, cleaned, polished, bore oiled, lubed, had all new tenon corks installed, and was repadded with Valentino Master's Series synthetic pads--one of the longest lasting, most reliable pads available. Plays very nicely from top to bottom with an open, large bore feel and excellent projection. Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new SuperSlick chamois swab and a vintage Selmer A clarinet case which is itself in excellent condition. The serial number is a bit hard to read but is likely 5527. A great instrument for someone needing an A without spending thousands on an R13, or as a backup to your main A clarinet!
