Vintage Bach Stradivarius 180S37T Trumpet W/ Trigger For Sale!

One of the earliest Bach Stradivarius trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a 180S37T silver trumpet in Bb.  S/n 55XXX makes it roughly 1970, but it appears far newer:  Silver plate about 99% with one tiny spot of wear on the right side of the first valve casing as seen in the photos.  Very small imperfections left over from minor dent removal over the years, but no significant dents or dings.  As you can see from the photos, it is a great looking horn!  Includes the sought-after Corporation bell, and a first-valve trigger.  Just through the shop where it was disassembled, chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had all new tuning slide O-rings, piston felts, stop rod bumper and water key cork installed.  All tuning slides operate freely including the third valve dump slide.  Valves are fast and smooth with excellent compression.  Note that this horn is oiled with synthetic (Hetman #3) oil, and that you must use something similar or thoroughly clean the pistons and casings prior to switching to a petroleum-based product.  Valve oil and slide grease are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new ProTec microfiber cloth and new ProTec leather finger protector.  All in a like-new aftermarket lightweight case with shoulder strap, but we do have several other cases for sale, including vintage Strad cases.  A great-playing horn from a great era in Bach’s history, and hard to find on the used market in this condition!
