Vintage Olds Special Cornet In Nickel

We are pleased to offer for sale this great vintage cornet!  Olds Special in nickel plate, s/n 759XXX, 1971, a Fullerton horn.  Medium scattered wear to the plating with minor dings and scratches but no significant dents or repairs.  In fact, the worst dent is the very shallow one at the back of the bell bow as seen in the photo.  All tuning slides free, just through the shop where it was cleaned, lubed, and had new water key corks installed.  Small chips at the edge of one finger button pearl.  Comes in a vintage Ambassador case (a rare one which alone is probably worth $75-100), and includes a Bach Corp. 7C mouthpiece, lyre, and paperwork.  A great-playing cornet from a great period, and hard to find in this condition!
