Vintage Selmer Paris Maurice Andre 4-Valve Bb/A Piccolo Trumpet!

One of several piccolo trumpets we are offering for sale.  This is a vintage Selmer Paris Maurice Andre four-valve Bb/A piccolo in lacquer.  S/n 511XX.  It is in very good playing condition.  Lacquer has moderate wear as seen in the photos and just small, scattered dings and other marks from prior dent removals in its lifetime, and one small patch on the bow as seen in the photos.  No signs of red rot, no large dents remaining, no signs of repairs or modifications.  Just through the shop where it needed little other than lubrication and a new water key cork installed.  Valves are fast and smooth and quiet with good compression using Hetman Classic synthetic oil.  All tuning slides are free.  Includes Bb and A pipes, with the A perhaps being aftermarket or a boutique pipe. Bottom sprung valves, and yes, this does have the offset fourth valve as seen in the photos.  Includes the original case which is also in very good condition.  A famous horn at a great price, and just in time for the new school year!
