Yamaha Custom 8335S Silver Trumpet--Near Perfect!

One of several professional trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a Yamaha Custom YTR-8335S Bb trumpet in silver plate. This is exactly the same as a standard Xeno trumpet, but with a traditionally-made bell rather than laser welded. (If you're wondering if that's important, keep in mind that every single other professional trumpet bell in the universe is made the same way.) This one is in exceptional condition: plating about 99.5% with just a tiny spot of wear inside the bell as seen in the photos. Other than that, it is danged near perfect: valves are fast and smooth with exceptional compression, all tuning slides free, plays delightfully with an easily-accessible upper range and excellent slotting. Unlike most of the trumpets you may be looking at, this one is also just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had all new piston felts and tuning slide O-rings installed. Water key corks look brand new. Valve oil and tuning slide grease are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a Bach 7C mouthpiece, mouthpiece brush, cleaning snake new ProTec microfiber cloth, and new ProTec leather finger protector. All in the original case with key which is also in exceptional condition. Undoubtedly the nicest example you'll find online, and about $1,500 less than new Xeno!
