Yamaha Xeno 8335GS Silver Trumpet W/ Gold Brass Bell

One of several professional trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a Yamaha Xeno YTR-8335GS Bb trumpet in silver plate. This is an upgraded version with the gold brass bell, which gives it a broad, rich, expansive tone compared to the brighter and more common 8335S.  It would be the equivalent of a Bach Strad 180S37G.  It is in excellent condition:  silver plate about 99% with just a tiny bit of wear in hard-to-see places, and a couple very tiny dings mostly right before the bell bow. Otherwise, danged near perfect, and you can see in the photos that it’s an exceptional horn.  The valves are fast and quiet with exceptional compression.  All tuning slides are free.  Best of all, it is just through the shop where it was disassembled, chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had new water key corks, piston felts and tuning slide O-rings installed.  Slide grease is for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new ProTec leather finger protector, Bach 7C mouthpiece, and a protective mouthpiece holder.  All in a cool, slim hard case in decent condition with new backpack straps and a new ProTec handle cover—a great, lightweight option which is perfect for walkers, the bus, and lockers. A great-playing horn with a far richer tone than most Xenos, and just in time for a new marching band season!
